CAN I REFUND A GARMENT?
At SHE'LL, we do not offer refunds. Each garment is custom-made and undergoes thorough quality control checks to ensure the highest standards.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A GARMENT?
At SHE'LL, we do not accept exchanges as every garment is made to order. However, if there is a fit issue, we offer free alterations.
To request an alteration, please follow these steps:
- Email us at [email protected] within 5 business days of receiving your order. Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.
- Our team will confirm the alteration details via email.
- Pack the garment in its original packaging, including all tags and the completed invoice. Return the package to the address provided in the confirmation email.
- Please note that we do not offer alterations on SALE items.
WHAT IF THE GARMENT RECEIVED IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
Each item goes through quality checks before shipment, but if you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace or refund the item, provided you contact us within 5 days of delivery. Wear and tear from normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
If you receive a faulty item, please email [email protected], including the reason for the claim and photos of the damage. We will replace the item if available or issue a refund once the item is returned.
